Might not be bad, if it isn’t crusty. This would be a first model year W108, assuming it is a US model - side markers are not year correct, but it has US lights and signals. These things can rust pretty nicely, so it would need a look around underneath. Doesn’t look like leather to me, but that’s not a real issue. I doubt you can get more class and style for the pittance of a price.
